1) Rare chance to mingle with colleagues in the wedding industry - and not talk about work! - before the blessed, busy season of Christmas begins
2) Keep up with our past and current w@wie friends
3) Yummy, free food and sinfully delicious dessert stations
3) Overflowing raffle prizes
4) Fun, exciting group games
5) Surprise song/dance numbers - always a riot!
All roads lead to the W@W Christmas Party* tomorrow at Fernwood Gardens!
As part of our Christmas tradition, we’d be providing on-the-spot souvenirs for the w@wies. Last year, we had photo magnets, inspired by one of my favorite Christmas movies.

This time around, we’re bringing on the fun with the Fotoloco photo booth and give out photo bookmarks to the guests.

Congratulations to Tin Hispano for being the W@W winning auction bidder of a Fotoloco photo booth package for her wedding! Thanks to all who placed a bid - we were overwhelmed with the email and phone inquiries we got
Remember, the 8 for ‘08 promo is still ongoing so you still get a chance to book Fotoloco photo booth for your 2008 wedding at specially marked down prices!
* By invitation only. Pre-registration is required. Head on to the w@w egroup to join.

On the lighter side of things…
Funny Flower Girl
At my sister’s wedding the flower girl…passed gas, while I was straightening my sister’s train. Then she proceeded to ask, in her very loud 4 yr old voice–”I farted, did you hear it? Boy that really smells, do you smell that?” Until the first four rows of the church and the entire wedding party was laughing until we were near tears. Except, of course, for the flower girl’s mother, who was red faced and wanting to hide!

Ren and Chie belong to Style, Concepts and Events, an events coordination group. We’ve enjoyed working with them on several weddings already and it is an honor for us to provide their onsite photo magnet souvenirs on their very own wedding.

The couple made a unique entrance with a choreographed number to the tune of Time of my Life.

Christmas is just around the corner.. and so is the Christmas weather in Tagaytay.
Royale Tagaytay was the perfect romantic setting for Mart and Donna’s wedding. And everybody was in a festive mood. We didn’t have a hard time convincing the guests to have their photos taken for their onsite photo magnets. Some of their guests are our “suki” already, having been guests in other weddings we’ve done also. We also had quite a lot of recopy requests. We so love this kind of guests
Our best wishes to Mart and Donna!

You know you just want to say thank you, but you want to say it:
(a) simply (get-it-over-and-done-with deed)
(b) extra-special (think haikus and clever rhymes)
(c) uniquely (personalized narratives)
What to put in that thank you note to guests? Here are our suggestions, based also on the many photo magnet souvenirs we’ve made for the past three years. Take your pick, tweak it or share with us your own versions. Remember, every gift deserves a thank you, and your guests’ presence in your big event is already a gift - the gift of their time, the gift of their thoughtfulness.
- Thank you for coming!
- Thank you for joining us this day!
- Thank you for sharing this special moment with us!
- We are grateful for your presence on our special day!
- We are blessed to have you with us today!
- Your presence alone is a gift to us. Thank you for being with us today.
- Our heartfelt thanks for your best wishes.
- Your blessings and well wishes mean a lot to us. Thank you for being here! Read the rest of this entry »

The Little Magnet That Could
(Go beyond the gates of Big Brother’s House, that is).
Limited copies of this photo magnet were used as guest souvenirs for the wedding hosted by PBB Housemates for the couple this weekend.
Congratulations, Jayson and Elvie (and to the housemates for successfully hurdling Big Brothers’ tasks)!
Now, who do you think will win this season?
