Just when we thought we were going to spend the weekend meeting you guys in the bridal fair…oops, change of plans.

Yep, we were approached some months ago by another supplier to share their booth for the said event.
Yep, we did agree to share said booth with said supplier for said event.
Yep, we did pay for our share of the booth to said supplier.
Yep, we did prepare logistically for said event (although our team came a bit late due to other engagements).
Yep, we were there today and shared the said booth, at least from 2pm to around 8pm, I think. Or until the little misunderstanding with the event organizer regarding our inclusion in the event happened.

I wasn’t there (yet) but here’s the official version from a member of our team: According to the event organizer, another supplier “complained” (for want of a more positive word) of our inclusion in the said event. It seems that the event organizer wasn’t aware of our inclusion, as well. It seems that the event organizer allowed our partner supplier to share the booth, but assumed that the booth will be shared with a group of the same entity and not by another unique, friendly, great,the best supplier. That’s what the little misunderstanding is all about. Booth sharing. There’s a new term to google about for a definite meaning.

We’re not one to make a scene, so we just told our team to take all our stuff back to the office. C’est la vie. That’s life.

The good news is, while preparing for this event, we’re now done with this.

Now we’re raring for our comeback in the Wedding Expo, where we will have our own booth.

Hopefully, we’d all really gonna see you there.

We just couldn’t wait for our website to go live.
So here I am happily blogging away while the rest of our team deal with the nuts and bolts of our site
That may take some time.
